Generally, new employees are brought on in a temporary to hire. We currently have working relationships with ADECCO and SPS temporary services. If you are interested in working onsite at Ford Gum, reach out to those agencies and they will be able to assist.

Generally, temporary employees need to be working at Ford Gum for 90 days before a job offer is extended.

Employees are eligible for benefits on their 91st day of employment.

Sick time - employees are provided prorated Sick time based on their date of hire.
Vacation time – employee accrue vacation time each pay week.
